How to Unbind Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
To ensure account security, disabling 2FA requires verification. Please refer to the following guide based on the device you are using.
I. Guide for Unbinding via Website
Steps:
Log in to the NewCoin website Go to the official website and log in to your account.
Access the Account Security page After logging in, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 【Account & Security】.
Unbind 2FA Locate 【Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)】 and click 【Unbind】.
Complete verification Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the verification code. After submitting, 2FA will be successfully unbound.
Tips:
If you have only bound either email or phone number, we recommend binding both email and phone number to facilitate smoother 2FA unbinding when needed.
If you cannot use the alternate verification method, please contact customer support to request manual unbinding and provide the following details:
6-digit application code
UID (User ID)
Time of your last transaction (accurate to the minute)
After verifying your identity, our support team will assist you in completing the unbinding process.
II. Guide for Unbinding via Mobile App
Steps:
Access Account Security Open the NewCoin App, tap the 【Function Menu】 in the top-left corner of the homepage, then go to 【Common Functions】 → 【Account Security】.
Select 2FA Tap the 【Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)】 option.
Complete verification and submit Follow the prompts to retrieve and enter the verification codes sent to your email and phone number, then tap 【Submit】 to complete the unbinding process.
Tips:
If you have only bound either email or phone number, we recommend adding the other verification method as soon as possible to enhance account security and support future 2FA operations.
If you are unable to receive verification codes, please submit the following information via the official customer support portal on the NewCoin website or in the App to request manual unbinding:

Time of your last transaction (accurate to the minute)
After verification, our support team will assist you in unbinding 2FA.
