You can request to delete your NewCoin account through the official website or the mobile app.

Please note the following before proceeding:

  • Account deletion is irreversible.

  • You will no longer be able to log in to the account after deletion.

  • Transaction records, historical data, and related information in the account will no longer be accessible.

Please ensure you fully understand and accept the consequences mentioned above before proceeding with account deletion.

How to Delete Your NewCoin Account in the App

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the NewCoin App and go to 【Personal Center】.

  2. Tap 【Settings】 and scroll down to find 【Delete Account】.

  3. Read the information provided carefully, then tap 【Confirm】 and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Once completed, your account will be permanently deleted.

Before deleting your account, we recommend verifying the following:

  • There are no pending orders or ongoing transactions in your account.
