How to Deposit (APP)
NewCoin App Deposit Guide
Open the NewCoin App and tap 【Assets】→【Deposit】 in sequence.
After the page loads, search for or select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit. For example, choose USDT.
On the deposit details page, select the transfer network. If choosing ERC20, the system will display a dedicated deposit address and QR code.
Important Notes:
The transfer network must match the withdrawal platform’s network exactly (e.g., both using ERC20). Selecting the wrong network may result in permanent loss of assets, which cannot be recovered.
Always verify that the token contract address is correct. You may click the address to view the full contract details and ensure it matches the contract address supported by NewCoin. Otherwise, deposits will not be credited.
How to Deposit:
Tap “Copy Address” or scan the QR code, then paste the deposit address into the withdrawal platform’s address field. Complete the transfer according to the withdrawal platform’s instructions.
After Initiating the Transfer:
The deposit will be processed after confirmation by the blockchain network. Once completed, you can view your balance in 【Spot Account】.
You may also tap “Deposit History” in the top right corner of the deposit page to review past deposits and their statuses.
Additional Reminders:
Always select the correct currency and transfer network. Mistakes may lead to irreversible loss of funds.
Some currencies have a minimum deposit amount. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and cannot be refunded.
Deposit arrival times depend on blockchain network congestion, typically ranging from a few minutes to several hours. Always reconfirm the deposit address before each transaction (as addresses for certain tokens may change due to contract upgrades).
