I. Withdrawal Steps
Open the NewCoin App, tap 【Assets】 → 【Overview】 → 【Withdraw】 on the bottom right of the homepage.
Search or select the 【Currency】 you wish to withdraw from the currency list.
Choose the appropriate 【Withdrawal Network】 and paste the recipient’s wallet address in the designated area. If the address is already in your whitelist, you can quickly select it via the bookmark icon.
After carefully verifying the information, tap 【Confirm Withdrawal】 and enter the corresponding security verification code to complete the withdrawal process.
II. Important Notes
For currencies that support multiple chains (e.g., USDT), ensure you select the network matching the recipient’s address during withdrawal. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of assets.
If the withdrawal currency requires a “MEMO” or “Tag,” please accurately copy and enter it from the receiving platform. Otherwise, assets may not be credited.
If the page displays 【Invalid Address】 after entering the address, double-check the address format or contact NewCoin’s online customer support for assistance.
Withdrawal fees vary by currency. You can view specific network fees on the 【Withdrawal】page.
The withdrawal interface will display the 【Withdrawal Fee】 and estimated arrival time for the selected currency in real time.
